Monster drops are determined by RNG (Random Number Generation).
A drop is not guaranteed after a fixed number of kills.
For example, a monster with a 1% drop chance does not guarantee an item after 100 kills.
Each applicable drop attempt is determined independently by the game's random process.
A player may receive an item very early, while another player may go through a much longer period without receiving it.
